  • Pixie can squeeze into some pretty tight spots both indoors and out. For indoor events we’ll need 10’x12’ of floor space.

  • A minimum of one attendant will be on-site for all events.

  • We will arrive one hour prior to your event to setup. For indoor events an advance site visit may be required.

  • Absolutely! We do ask that you keep it within reason though. If you think it’s inappropriate it probably is.

  • We’re constantly surprised but anywhere from one to three adults is the usual number.

  • Yes, you certainly can! Please enquire directly for pricing and availability.

  • For most events, we really don’t need much! Access to standard electrical power and Wi-Fi is always a plus, but not required — we always come prepared with a backup plan.

  • Yes! Keiframe Rentals is fully insured, and we’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI).

  • As rare as it is people do sometimes get a little rowdy inside or outside the bus. The customer will be liable for 100% of any damage caused to the PhotoVan during the event.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. In the extreme event that we cannot make it to your event you will receive a full refund.
