Pixie can squeeze into some pretty tight spots both indoors and out. For indoor events we’ll need 10’x20’ of floor space as well as permission from the venue.

A minimum of one attendant will be on-site for all PhotoVan events.

We will arrive one hour prior to your event to setup. For indoor events an advance site visit may be required.

Absolutely! We do ask that you keep it within reason though. If you think it’s inappropriate it probably is.

We’re constantly surprised but anywhere from one to three adults is the usual number.

All that’s required for the majority of events is a reliable source of standard electrical power & wifi, but we always have a back-up plan!

As rare as it is people do sometimes get a little rowdy inside or outside the bus. The customer will be liable for 100% of any damage caused to the PhotoVan during the event.

All sales are final and non-refundable. In the extreme event that we cannot make it to your event you will receive a full refund.
